Wherever we are, I AM. And where I AM, all is well.

Where I Am, all is well. I Am always I Am. It's when we forget this and identify with the separate self that we lose the truth and our sense of wellness. I Am always I Am, and nothing else. I AM is the name and vibration of Source. When Moses was told by God to go free His people from the Pharaoh, Moses asked, โWho shall I say sent me?โ, to which God replied โTell them I AM that I AM sent you.โ
I AM is our deepest identification as Source. This makes stating I AM a very powerful invocation. Where I Am, all is well. Notice this: being here now, I Am. I Am is Home. Home is safe. All is well. As you abide in this more and more, you experience all is well more and more, regardless of circumstances. This deep inner alignment, or lack thereof, greatly determines the experiences you draw to yourself, and shapes the very quality of how you meet whatever comes. When out of alignment, life feels harder, heavier, and more separate than it truly is.
The more you abide here, in your true Home, the more you remember the feeling. Your entire psychological, neurological, and biological well being then entrains to this memory. Entrainment increases alignment. It is this alignment that changes one's frequency, not effort. Effort to change is still the ego's game. Alignment isn't achieved; it's remembered. I Am. All is well.
There are many practices that help us entrain and align with Source. Here is one I say and feel into each morning, and when I need to return to a felt sense of safety. This practice not only gives you deeper inner peace and a sense of safety, but as you align with this, you are then used as a vessel to help radiate this truth to all you are connected to.
I AM the Light of Source surrounding us,
I AM the Love of Source enfolding us,
I AM the Power of Source protecting us,
I AM the Presence of Source watching over us,
Wherever we are, I AM,
And where I AM, all is well
